Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the Nordic countries. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave our workshop the same day.
- Standard: €4.95, 2–4 working days.
- Express: €9.95, next working day.
- Pick up at the workshop: free, ready in 1 working day.
Standard shipping is free for orders from €75.00.
Packaging
Everything is packed in recycled card and paper. Fragile pieces are wrapped in corrugated paper, never bubble wrap.
Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind. Returns are free within the countries we ship to. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- E-mail us your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Drop the parcel at a pick-up point. You get your money back within 5 working days of arrival.
Something broken?
It happens. Send us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement straight away. No need to return the broken piece.
