Where is my order?
Every order gets a tracking link by e-mail once it leaves the workshop, usually within one working day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Reply to your order confirmation and we will sort it out.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is wrapped in paper and string by default. Add a note in your e-mail and we will include a card.
Do you sell wholesale?
We work with a few independent shops. Write to us with a short introduction.
